If you're ready to think about heading back to school, you’ve come to the right place. Cassville families will find all the details regarding back to school here!

Calendar Information

  • First Day of School: Tuesday, August 19

  • 2025-26 District Calendar: This calendar provides an overview of the year such as when school is in session and when the district is closed for breaks, professional development and more.

  • Daily Events & Activities Calendar: This calendar is updated on a daily basis with school events and activities.

New Student Enrollment

New students may enroll for the upcoming school year by contacting our district registrar via email at lsanders@cassville.k12.mo.us or via phone at 417.847.2221. Details regarding new student enrollment are found here.

District Communications Tools

ParentSquare is the primary way our district communicates with families and students. This platform provides a safe way for district staff and parents to send and receive information. Details regarding ParentSquare and StudentSquare, including how to activate your account, can be found here.

Parent and guardian contact information must be current in our system (Lumen) to ensure smooth communication via ParentSquare. Please update your contact information with your child’s building level office if needed.

This summer, the district launched a new, mobile friendly website–www.csr4.org. We encourage you to take a minute and check it out! If you have previously downloaded the district app, you may delete it from your devices. All important information can be found on the ParentSquare app and our new, mobile friendly website.

Follow the district on Facebook and Instagram by searching “Cassville Public Schools” on both social media platforms.

Food Service Information

Menus, meal pricing and free/reduced meal applications can be found on our website by clicking here

Completion of the free/reduced meal application by all families is appreciated. Completing the application helps our district in other areas beyond free/reduced meal prices. With completed applications, whether you qualify or not, our district receives increased state and federal funding, funding for teachers, technology and grant opportunities, scholarships for students, tuition assistance and reduced fees for activities.

School Based Mercy Clinic

In partnership with Mercy, the Cassville School Based Mercy Clinic will be open, 7-10:30 a.m. on days that students attend school, beginning Tuesday, August 19. This clinic is available for students and staff.

The clinic is located south of the JC Duncan Gymnasium in the back of the gravel parking lot.

You can reach the clinic via phone at 417.847.6088.

Phone-Free Schools

In response to the newly passed Missouri Senate Bill 68 regarding cell phone usage in school, our district is taking intentional steps to reinforce our long-standing commitment to maintaining a focused, distraction-free learning environment for all students.

Each building has specific device guidelines based on the age of the student. Please visit our website to view the cell phone procedures for each building.
