$5 Sports Physicals
Johnson Chiropractic Sports & Wellness Clinic will offer physicals to both middle school and high school student athletes for $5 per student.
📌 Tuesday, June 2 in the middle school gym, 8:30 a.m.-11 a.m. If your schedule allows, we ask that middle school athletes and high school boys attend at this time.
📌 Wednesday, June 3 in the high school gym for female athletes, or those that can't attend on June 2. On June 3, Dr. Johnson will see students from 9:30 a.m.-11 a.m.
