CHS Band Members Selected for All-Districts Concert Band
On November 2, CHS band students traveled to Carthage to audition for the All-District Concert Band and All-District Jazz Band.
Their hard work paid off, with six students earning top honors!
The following students were selected for the All-District Concert Band:
● Jonah Cupps, oboe – 1st chair
● TJ Cash, [Euphonium] – 3rd chair
● Jacie Hudson, percussion – 4th chair
● Sterling Zucca, trumpet – 7th chair
In addition, two students were named alternates for the All-District Jazz Band:
● Aubrey Conrad, vibes
● Jarrett Paul, bass
Those selected for the All-District Concert and Jazz Bands will advance to auditions for the All-State Band and Jazz Band, in Columbia, Missouri on December 6th.
